Outdoor First AidOur two day outdoor first aid course is accredited by Qualifications Network UK and is valid for 3 years. It is suitable for all outdoor enthusiasts and those who require a first aid qualification for a National Governing Body Award. Our previous customers have included mountain leaders, kayak/canoe coaches, forest school leaders and Duke of Edinburgh award supervisors.

Learners love our the blended approach of our outdoor first aid courses while on the course the typical day will involve workshops, skill development sessions and outdoor scenarios.

Learners should arrive with clothing suitable for being in the outdoors, after working through scenarios we will often debrief outdoors- please ensure that you have enough warm layers including gloves and hats. You’ll need to bring your own lunch but we will provide tea and coffee.

Our course will be delivered by outdoor professionals who have worked across the industry. All of our trainers are trained to a very high standard of advanced outdoor first aid and are qualified trainers. Our ethos and experience allow us to deliver fun, interesting and relevant training.

How to get to Pinkston Paddlesports

Driving: Pinkston Watersports is easily accessed from junction 16 of the M8.

Public Transport: Pinkston Paddlesports is a short walk from Cowcaddens Underground.
